    排排舞是一種開心又有活力的舞蹈。

    舞步既輕鬆又優雅,有助增強心肺功能、協調肢體平衡、強化肌肉耐力,訓練大腦記憶,改善身型線條。

    老少咸宜、不需要舞伴、課程簡單易學、舞步由淺入深、配合輕快樂章,是種多變化又有樂趣的運動。

  • 拉丁健體舞 (LATIN AERO)

    拉丁健體舞是一種揉合了健體舞元素的有氧運動,於健體舞的課堂中加入拉丁舞、肚皮舞、非洲舞的舞步:

    salsa, cha cha cha, rumba, merengue, jive, samba, bachata, cumbia, belly dance

    並配合拉丁舞音樂的強勁節拍,快速節奏擺動臀部和腹部,增加腹部肌肉的力量與身體的柔韌性,同時也能夠燃燒大量多餘的脂肪;令學員在輕鬆的氣氛下達致改善心肺功能,加強肢體協調,改善柔軟度等效果。

    小班教學,適合初學者、及任何程度人士。
